Hill & Wilkinson has partnered with ProQual for the collection/verification of information and supporting documentation. ProQual will not be making decisions on behalf of Hill & Wilkinson. This information is used by Hill & Wilkinson for prequalification purposes. All information is kept confidential and is only reviewed by the prequalification team.
To be placed on our subcontractor bid list, please click on “Register” below. Once your initial information is submitted, you will receive an email from ProQual on behalf of Hill & Wilkinson regarding our pre-qualification process. The email will be sent to you from the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The documents that will be requested as part of the prequalification process include:
- Consolidated Financial Statements
- Bank Credit Reference Letter
- Certificate of Insurance
- OSHA 300A Log – last 3 years
- EMR NCCI Sheets – last 3 years
- Minority / Disadvantage Certifications – if applicable
- Surety “Good Guy” Letter
- Trade Licenses – if applicable
There is an annual registration fee of $110. Once you have been prequalified, you will be asked to go through this process annually. The ProQual team is available to provide assistance or answer questions regarding this process. In addition, Hill & Wilkinson’s program administrator is available to provide further assistance.
